Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Bundles (3 or 5 bottles): Free shipping.
• Single bottle: A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on your location. Delays can occasionally happen during peak periods or due to carrier issues.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or your package arrives damaged, email us at email@casselcommerce.ltd and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
